30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Email info@xpandishelf.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address before you send the package.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping. Pack the product securely and include all components from the kit. Keep your return tracking information until your return is resolved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with its status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact info@xpandishelf.com if you need an update.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
