Shipping policy

Order processing

In-stock orders ship within one business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Shipping destinations and rates

We currently ship within the United States to addresses supported at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Standard shipping below $70 is $8; express shipping is $15 where available. Available delivery services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery time depends on the shipping service and destination. Express shipping does not mean one-business-day delivery. Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.

Order assistance

For address corrections, tracking questions, missing packages, or shipping damage, email info@xpandishelf.com with your order number. Contact us promptly about address changes so we can check whether the order has already shipped.
